1. How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify, simply accumulate spending of $250+ worth of stored orders for Live Breaks within 12 months.
Magazines, binders, collectible displays and toys require additional shipping due to their size. Please refer to the shipping table.

2. How fast are these services?
The fastest our clients have received their package is 20 hours within Asia.
For the USA, United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, it is normal to receive the package within 2 to 4 days excluding Saturday and Sundays.

3. How often do you ship?
We ship every Monday, local time (unless it lands on a public holiday).
Requests for shipping on Mondays are cut at the end of every preceding Thursday's stream.
For shipping sealed products, we will ship within 48 hours.
