1. Do preorders ship for free?
Selecting "Ship sealed" products options will ship for free.
"Live Break" product options will have their shipping determined based on the Break Options selected at the time of box break.
Typically free shipping via Expedited Airmail will be offered (estimated delivery of 12 working days).
An upgrade to DHL Express or FedEx International Priority may be offered depending on the product.

2. When do you typically receive the products?
We usually receive products on the day of the scheduled release date.
As release days normally land on Fridays local time, it is normal for us to ship on the following Monday.

3. How often will you ship sealed products?
If the order is not combined with a Live Break order currently in storage, we will endeavor to ship your items within 72 hours of receiving the products from our supplier.
If the sealed products are to be combined with Live Break orders, shipping will follow the procedure for Live Breaks. 
Requests for shipping on Mondays are cut at the end of every preceding Thursday's stream
