We work with official distributors and suppliers of toys and trading card games across Asia in order to meet the demand for our product offerings and to ensure that the products we have on offer are genuine.

In some cases where Asia distribution is unable to meet the demand for supply, we may tap into our network of trusted businesses to meet our needs.

For our own line of products (card case, TCG accessories and supplies), these are designed in-house and carry the brand Rapp Collect.

Factory sealed products with paid shipping:

• In-stock items ships within 2 business days.
• Pre-orders will ship within 2 business of receiving stock from our distributors.
• Orders received on Friday HKT will ship on Monday HKT except for public holidays.
• We will not ship out orders for factory sealed products that do not have the appropriate shipping method selected. In this instance, the order will be cancelled.
• The 2 business day fulfillment time will be delayed when the team is on vacation. Notice will be posted on the announcement banner at the top of each page.

Orders from Live Breaks:

• A shipping request must be submitted to us in order to prepare all stored orders for shipping.
• Contact us through Discord, Instagram, by email to cs@rappcollect.com or submit a Shipping Request form.
• If you are shipping your stored orders for the first time, we will need to confirm your full name and shipping address post code before processing orders for shipping
• Shipping requests will typically be fulfilled every Monday. The cut-off date for the nearest ship-out is Thursday 3.00pm HKT.
• Orders that require the creation of Master Set Binders may require additional time based on order volume.
