Expected delivery time

• FedEx International Economy averages 4 to 7 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia. Destinations in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand) may take an additional 3 to 7 days.
• FedEx International Priority averages 2 to 4 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia. Destinations in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand) may take an additional 3 to 7 days.

Self-pickup

• If you are based locally or happen to be in town during your purchase, please contact us in advance to prepare your order for pickup. Self-pickup is strictly by appointment only.

FREE shipping is available under certain conditions:

• Accumulate $250 in orders over 12 months. Applicable for all regions excluding Australia and New Zealand ($350).
• Orders shipped must only include holos. Base cards, sealed products and non-trading card items are calculated separately - refer to Shipping fees, duties and taxes
• International Priority shipping will be used for packages below 3 kg (< 6.6 lbs).
• International Economy shipping will be used for packages above 3 kg (> 6.6 lbs)

For orders that do not meet the free shipping conditions, the estimated shipping cost is $39 for the first 1 kg (2.2 lbs). The destination will determine if it's lower or higher.

All shipments are made exclusively via FedEx International services.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping service selected.

The shopping cart page also has a shipping calculator to estimate shipping to your location. Simply enter the country, state/province, zip/post code and click the "Get Estimate" button.

Shipping for factory sealed products

• Shipping is settled at checkout.
• Duties and taxes are inclusive of prices. There are no other fees.

Orders through Live Breaks

• All holofoil cards will ship for free after exceeding the accumulated order value of $250 for all destinations excluding Australia and New Zealand ($350).

Shipping within North and Southeast Asia

• No additional fees for trading cards
• Non-trading card items and graded slab returns in excess of 10 pieces consolidated with stored orders are charged at $9 per kg

Shipping to the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe

• Base cards and non-trading card items consolidated with stored orders are charged at $14 per kg
• Graded slab returns in excess of 10 pieces will be subjected to the same rates

Shipping to the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand

• Base cards and non-trading card items consolidated with stored orders are charged at $18 per kg
• Graded slab returns in excess of 10 pieces will be subjected to the same rates.

Yes. Tracking will be provided for all packages.

Shipments through FedEx International services will receive progressive tracking updates via email.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before requesting shipping. As we are unable to change the shipping details after the package is in transit, we will not be responsible for undelivered or returned mail due to incorrect information.

Returned mail items will incur new postage costs and an additional 10% fee for repackaging and handling.
