How To Order

Ordering Factory Sealed Products

Do’s

  • Select “Shipping factory sealed” on the product page option dropdown.
  • Select a FedEx service at checkout.

Don’t

  • Select “Live break” on the product page option dropdown.
  • Select “Do not ship. Add to my Live Break” at checkout.

Orders without the appropriate shipping method selected cannot be shipped and will be cancelled.

In-stock items will ship within 2 business days of order placement.

New Product Pre-orders

Website Pre-orders

  • Select a FedEx service at checkout. This prevents shipping delays once products are ready.
  • We do not accept 'Live Break' pre-orders from customers without a previous order history for this service.
  • Note the product release date.
  • Orders ship within 2 business days of receiving products from the distributor.
  • If there is not enough product, we refund the amount paid for the portion we cannot fulfill.

Discord Pre-orders

  • Read the Guidelines on the server for instructions on placing a reservation for upcoming titles.
  • Invoices will be sent once allocation figures are confirmed, usually 1–2 weeks before release.

Instagram, Email and WhatsApp Pre-orders

  • A 50% deposit is required for all orders.
  • Invoices follow allocation confirmation, typically 1–2 weeks before release.
Paying for Pre-orders - Discord, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp Orders

Discord pre-orders do not require full payment after making a reservation.

  • If you reserve one or more cases, a 500 HKD deposit is required per case.
  • No previous order history? Pay a 50% deposit of the order value upon reservation.

Once we issue the invoice for allocated products, payments can be made through:

  • PayPal Goods & Services
  • WISE Transfer
  • Local wire
  • PayMe (Hong Kong only)

Customers paying via WISE or local wire receive a 5% discount, reflected in the product listing. This applies to international orders as well.

Allocation Shortage on Pre-orders

In the event of a shortage:

  • We may issue refunds for affected pre-orders.
  • We may run a live-streamed lottery for customers who pre-ordered the product.
  • We may also split the allocation by the percentage of your initial order.

Refunds are issued in HKD via the original payment method. If your currency is not HKD, we do not control conversion rates at the time of the refund.

Using Store Credit On Orders
  • To use this feature, customers must be signed in to their account. A one-time code will be emailed; no passwords required.
  • Store Credit is account-based. Each email address represents a unique account. Customers cannot combine credits from different accounts.
  • Available Store Credit is visible in the payment section at checkout.
  • To comply with international laws, Store Credit has no expiry date.
