• Guests and New Recruits (referrals) start at the Basic tier.
• Earn 1 point per 1 HKD on orders.
• As customers progress up the tier ladder, points earned will be multiplied based on the tier.
• To use points for redemptions, you must be logged in. It is highly recommended that customers use the same email address for every purchase.
• Member tiers are upgraded automatically when lifetime earned points meet the required threshold for each tier. Members will move to the next tier automatically when qualified.

• Loyalty Points expire after 90 days of zero account activity.
• The first email notification will be sent 30 days before the expiration date.
• The last-chance reminder before points expire will be sent 10 days prior to the expiration date.
• The expiration countdown restarts upon any rewardable activity or points redemption.

You can use your points to:

• Redeem discounts (minimum order spend may be applied).
• Redeem products.
• Discount shipping capped at 50% of the shipping invoice (exclusive to Live Break Orders).

Redeeming Discount Codes

• Discount codes will expire in 30 days after redemption.
• The first notification before the reward expires will be sent 20 days before expiration.
• The last-chance reminder will be sent 10 days before the reward expires.
• High-value discount codes are only available at the Platinum tier and above.
