To build customer confidence and maintain transparency, this page documents major updates that may affect your purchase experience.

Shop will now transact in HKD (changed from USD)
Currency Converter fixed. You may view the shop in your native currency, but final transactions will still be in HKD.
Products now reflect prices in HKD. If you see any errors, contact us.

Key Issue

Shopify does not convert historical data when the transaction currency is changed.
Our reward app is strongly linked to historical data to determine customer tiers.

Resolution

Tier system has been revamped and is now based on lifetime earned points.
Lifetime earned points are directly linked to the previous spending tiered system, which provides the best solution.
VIP tiers have been expanded to accommodate adjustments with the recalculated data.
With the recalculation, all existing customers will receive their new tier as well as bonus points proportionate to their level.

Filters available on collection pages are now more structured.
Customers can navigate with ease to find specific products based on type, language, or designation.

Now clearly defined as line items. Customers should not expect any surprise charges upon delivery.
Values are calculated automatically. Rates are sourced from the latest available import rules for the customer's country or region, including tariffs, VAT, GST, and other applicable taxes.

To maintain a balance between product offerings, services, and storage provided, the free shipping condition for all regions has been updated. A complete list of changes is available on this page under Live Break Orders > Free Shipping Condition.
Shipping fees applicable to base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items have been updated to HKD.
The condition to use Loyalty Points to discount consolidated shipping requests has been capped at 50% of the invoice value.

Storage Fees

Storage fees now apply for orders stored after the 12-month free storage. Details are available on this page under Live Break Orders > Storage & Shipping Fees.
Customers with orders in storage have a grace period of 90 days to request shipping before the storage fees accumulate.
