Politique d’expédition

1. Orders with paid shipping will ship within 2 business days.
2. We ship international orders via FedEx (Economy and Priority), ensuring speed and reliability. All packages include tracking, and FedEx will provide email updates on transit.
3. Local orders are shipped using SF Express.
4. Pre-ordered products will ship at the estimated release date. Availability can be delayed beyond our control. Reasons may include delayed delivery from the distributor or a change by the manufacturer.

1. We collect estimated taxes and fees for international orders at checkout. No extra payment should be needed on delivery.
2. Any potential brokerage fees may be included in shipping rates or covered by us.

1. We offer 12 months of free storage for live breaks, allowing customers to accumulate enough order value for free shipping. For details, please refer to the Help Desk.
2. Requests to ship received by Thursday at 12pm UTC+8 will be queued. Shipments will begin next week, starting Monday.
3. We will invoice you if extra shipping applies to items not eligible for free shipping. For details, see the Help Desk.
4. If your order is stored for more than 12 months, you will be charged a storage fee of 10 HKD (~1.30 USD) per day after the 12-month period.

1. Rapp Collect is a small team. At times, we take vacations, which may affect shipping. Shipping is delayed only during these breaks. We will announce breaks and post a homepage banner to show when shipping will resume.
2. Hong Kong has many public holidays. If your shipping date falls on a public holiday, please allow an extra day for fulfillment. This does not apply to weekends unless they are designated public holidays. If you have questions, please contact cs@rappcollect.com with your name and order number.

2. We are not responsible for undelivered or returned mail. If the mail is returned, the free shipping credit used cannot be reused. A new shipping fee is required to reship. This includes any charges we incur for undelivered mail.
