No. Our shop is strictly in USD. Any refunds issued will also be in USD and converted to your local currency by your payment provider. Please note that we have no control over the currency conversion rates at the time of the refund.

We ship to most major countries via FedEx International Priority. If you plan to do live breaks and cannot find your destination country in the shipping table, or the shipping option to your country is unavailable, please contact us. For products that are to be shipped sealed in their original packaging, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Yes. All of our shipments will have a tracking number provided.
FedEx International Priority
Our shipments through FedEx will automatically notify you via email once the package passes through different stages during transit.
Air Registered Mail
For packages sent through the post office via Air Registered Mail, the destination postal service provider will be responsible for updating the tracking on the package's progress once it has departed Hong Kong. The current estimated time of delivery for Air Registered Mail is 3 weeks. Please allow additional time for delivery to account for increases in inbound packages to your country (e.g. holiday season, sale season etc).

No. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before requesting shipping. We will not be responsible for undelivered or returned mail due to incorrect information.
Returned mail items will incur new postage costs and additional 10% fee for repackaging.

If new postage is $30, the total amount due to resend the returned package will be -

Break Options are a unique feature of Rapp Collect.
Our customers have total control over what they can choose to keep from their personal, group or PVP break(s).
A general rule of thumb -
Option [A] will grant bonus Loyalty Points per item ordered
Option [A] and [B] will not require any additional shipping fees (provided the minimum spending required has been met)
Option [C] and [D] will require additional shipping fees. Please refer the shipping table for rates relevant to your country.
Option [E] is for shipping sealed products. These will not be opened live. Shipping must be paid during checkout.
Important:
If Option [E] is selected but shipping is not paid at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your purchase, please make sure a shipping method is selected and paid for.
Bounties are valuable cards pulled from breaks with us that you can claim bonus LP for.
To qualify as a bounty, the card must be valued over 5,000 Japanese Yen as referenced in yuyu-tei.jp
Qualified bounties can be claimed here.
Verified bounties will receive 2% of the card value displayed on yuyu-tei. Please follow the instructions when claiming a bounty.
Some TCGs may not be available on yuyu-tei.jp. In this instance, please refer to the item's product page for an alternative link to a price list if available.
No. As we can store your breaks for up to 12 months from the order date, you have full control over how quickly you reach the free shipping tier.
However, please bear in mind that there will be no reminders before or after the 12 month period.
It is your sole responsibility to keep track of your purchase dates.
An easy way to do so would be to login to your Shopify account with us and check your order history.

Loyalty Program
Referral Program
1. Open an account, it's free!
2. Before making purchases, make sure you are logged in. For every $1 spent, you will receive 1 LP (loyalty point).
3. Accumulate LP to redeem discounts and items through the Rewards dashboard.
4. Member tiers are upgraded based on accumulated spend. Each tier provides an LP multiplier increasing the number of LP accumulated for every $1 spent.
5. The Rewards dashboard will indicate how close you are to reaching the next tier.
