Product authenticity

We work with official distributors and suppliers of toys and trading card games across Asia in order to meet the demand for our product offerings and to ensure that the products we have on offer are genuine.

In some cases where Asia distribution is unable to meet the demand for supply, we may tap into our network of trusted businesses to meet our needs.

For our own line of products (card case, TCG accessories and supplies), these are designed in-house and carry the brand Rapp Collect.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Factory sealed products with paid shipping:

  • Ships within 2 business days.
  • Orders received on Friday HKT will ship on Monday HKT.
  • We will not ship out orders for factory sealed products that do not have the appropriate shipping method selected. In this instance, the order will be cancelled.

Orders from Live Breaks:

  • A shipping request must be submitted to us in order to prepare all stored orders for shipping.
  • Contact us through Discord, Instagram, by email to cs@rappcollect.com or submit a Shipping Request form.
  • If you are shipping your stored orders for the first time, we will need to confirm your full name and shipping address post code before processing orders for shipping
  • Shipping requests will typically be fulfilled ever Monday. The cut-off date for the nearest ship-out is Thursday 3.00pm HKT.
  • Orders that require the creation of Master Set Binders may require additional time based on order volume.
What if I don't have or use Discord?

If you don't have Discord, you may download the app to your phone, desktop or browser so that you can join our server. It is free to use and will give you access to some early bird products and prices.

Refunds and Returns

Products purchased and opened during the live stream and non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final. You can view our complete Refund Policy here.

HELP WITH ORDERING

Ordering factory sealed products

When ordering factory sealed products to ship, please make sure an appropriate shipping method is selected.

  • Do not select "Add to Live Break".
  • Select FedEx International Priority
  • We will ship orders out within 2 business days and a tracking number will be provided.
  • Orders that do not have the appropriate shipping method selected and paid will not ship out and will be cancelled.
Pre-ordering new products

Available pre-orders can be found here on the site or on our Discord server.

  • Pre-orders come and go throughout the year. Some pre-orders are open months in advance prior to the release date with a window to order between a few days up to a month. We may not be able to list all available pre-orders on the site especially if the time frame to order is very short. For a complete list, please join us on Discord.
  • When ordering products on pre-order, please select and pay for a shipping method and note the release date. We will ship within 2 business days of receiving the products from our distributor.
  • Please note that in the event of an allocation shortage, we will refund the full amount paid for the respective products that cannot be fulfilled.

How do we pay for pre-orders reserved through Discord?

For international and local customers, the available payment methods are as follows:

For customers based in Hong Kong, the following options are additionally available:

  • PayMe or FPS

Customers transacting through WISE, PayMe or FPS are eligible for a discounted price on early bird orders.

I ordered through Discord. Do I pay after I make the reservation?

No, there is no need to pay the full amount after making a reservation. However, there are conditions.

  • Single (or few) box orders require no upfront payment
  • Case orders require a non-refundable $100 deposit for every case reserved and will be credited towards the balance payable on fulfillment. Order cancellations that occur beyond the order deadline forfeits this deposit and will be used to pay any stock penalties imposed on us for cancellation of delivery.
  • Customers ordering through Discord with no prior order history are required to deposit 50% of the order value as security.
When do we need to pay the balance for Discord pre-orders?

An invoice will be sent once product allocations are confirmed. We are usually informed of allocations 1 to 3 weeks before the release date.

For reservations with deposits that cannot be fulfilled due to allocation shortage, a full refund of the deposit will be made at the time the allocations are confirmed.

My pre-order was cancelled but my local currency is not in USD. Will I be compensated the difference in exchange rate?

Any refunds issued will be in the same currency paid in and converted to your local currency by your payment provider. Please note that we have no control over the currency conversion rates at the time of the refund.

We ship to most major countries around the globe. If by chance your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at cs@rappcollect.com

Types of shipping services available

Courier services

  • FedEx International Priority (full tracking, ships to most major countries)
  • SF Express (for local deliveries only)

Expected delivery time

  • FedEx International Priority averages 2 to 4 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom and Asia. Destinations in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand) may take an additional 3 to 7 days.

Shipping fees

Shipping for factory sealed products

  • Shipping is settled at checkout. There are no other fees.

Consolidated orders through Live Breaks

  • All holofoil cards will ship for free after exceeding the accumulated order value of $250 for all destinations excluding Australia and New Zealand ($350).

Shipping within North and Southeast Asia

  • No additional fees for trading cards
  • Non-trading card items consolidated with stored orders are charged at $9 per kg

Shipping to the US, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe

  • Base cards and non-trading card items consolidated with stored orders are charged at $19 per kg
  • Graded slab returns in excess of 10 pieces will be subjected to the same rates

Shipping to the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand

  • Base cards and non-trading card items consolidated with stored orders are charged at $25 per kg
  • Graded slab returns in excess of 10 pieces will be subjected to the same rates.
Will I be able to track my package?

Yes. Tracking will be provided for all packages.

Shipments through FedEx International Priority will receive progressive tracking updates via email.

Can I change my shipping address after my package has shipped?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before requesting shipping. As we are unable to change the shipping details after the package is in transit, we will not be responsible for undelivered or returned mail due to incorrect information.

Returned mail items will incur new postage costs and an additional 10% fee for repackaging and handling.

Loyalty Program

  • For every $1 spent, you will receive 1 Loyalty Point (LP). Accumulate LP to redeem discounts, items and shipping credit (currently exclusive to Discord users).
  • Member tiers are upgraded automatically. The higher the tier, the bigger the points multiplier!
  • Open an account (it's free!) and make sure you are logged in before making purchases to earn points.

Referral Program

  • Refer a friend successfully and they will receive 15% off their first order. In return, you will receive 20% off!
  • Email and shipping addresses must be unique to qualify.
What are VIP tiers?

New users will begin their journey with us at the base level of 'No Tier'. The more you shop with us, the progressively higher your tier will be. In return for your loyalty, we reward you with higher points multiplier to increase the efficiency of gaining loyalty points through regular purchases.

There are currently five tiers.

Do the membership tiers expire?

Membership tiers currently do not expire. That is what is unique to our system! We understand that you may want to take a break from the hobby from time to time, but we know you'll appreciate being able to pick up where you left off when you return!

Do the Loyalty Points expire?

Loyalty Points expire after 90 days of zero account activity. An email reminder will be sent before they expire, so please make sure your details are up to date!

ABOUT LIVE BREAKS

What is a live break?

A live break is an online event where products - such as trading card game packs, collectibles etc - purchased by customers are opened in view of an online audience. Live break unboxings was born in the mid-2000s and has steadily grown until 2019 when it experienced its massive growth.

What are the break options I see on the product page and are they important?

Break options are a unique feature of Rapp Collect. Traditionally, most breakers would only provide limited choices - keep bulk, or without bulk. We looked to offer more flexibility to our customers based on their level of experience in the hobby.

What are bounties and how can I claim them?

Bounties are valuable cards pulled from breaks with us that you can claim bonus LP for. To qualify as a bounty, the card must be valued over 10,000 Japanese Yen as referenced in yuyu-tei.jp or dorasuta.jp (for TCGs not listed on yuyu-tei)

Qualified bounties can be claimed here. Verified bounties will receive 3% of the card value for Japanese cards displayed on yuyu-tei. Non-Japanese versions will be awarded points equivalent to 75% of the Japanese card value listed. Please follow the instructions when claiming a bounty.

Some TCGs may not be available on yuyu-tei.jp. In this instance, please refer to the item's product page for an alternative link to a price list if available.

Do I have to spend $250* in one go to qualify for free shipping?

Not at all! We offer free storage for live break orders for up to 12 months to give our customers the flexibility to choose the speed at which they reach the minimum to qualify for free shipping.

Once I qualify, how do I request for shipping?

There are several ways you can contact us once you are ready to ship. If for any reason you have yet to qualify for free shipping but would like to ship anyway, do get in touch and we will quote you!

Do you offer grading services?

Yes. Grading services are offered to:

Do you just help with card submissions?

No. The reason we only offer this to our live break customers is because we offer a comprehensive service that includes:

  • Consultation
  • Preliminary inspection
  • Cleaning and preparation
  • Submission
  • Follow up

Although clients request to grade, if the cards do not pass the preliminary inspection, we will not encourage them to submit these candidates for grading. This service is simply an added benefit to being one of our valued customers.

Who do you submit to?

Currently, we submit to:

  • BGS
When do I need to pay?

Payment is due and will be invoiced once the grading company has billed us for the submission.
