1. How do I qualify for free shipping?
To qualify, simply accumulate spending of $250+ worth of stored orders for Live Breaks within 12 months.
2. How fast are these services?
The fastest our clients have received their package is 20 hours within Asia.
For the USA, United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, it is normal to receive the package within 2 to 4 days excluding Saturday and Sundays.
Note that it is possible to have delays based on the ground situation in the destination country.
3. If I select Option [C], will it ship for free?
No, the order will require an additional fee. You can refer to the help desk for the shipping table.
4. How often do you ship?
We ship live breaks every Monday, local time (unless it lands on a public holiday).
Requests for shipping on Mondays are cut at the end of every preceding Thursday's stream.
For shipping sealed products, we will ship within 48 hours.

You have full control over what you want to keep or discard, at any time.
Option [A] - High Rarity [HR]: XX, XSEC, ContractX SEC, XXSEC (earn 3 LP)
Earn bonus LP with this option. No additional fees when shipping after $250.
Option [B] - Keep only holofoil M, X, ContractX, [HR]
Keep all of Option [A] plus holofoil variants of M, X and ContractX rarities. No additional fees when shipping after $250.
Option [C] - Keep everything or holofoil C, R, M, ContracX, [HR] (+shipping fee)

Option [D] - Master Set* (requires binder, +shipping fee)
Please refer to the shipping table for fees payable when shipping.
A binder will be organized for the set. Each card regardless of rarity will have 1 copy in the binder.
Any duplicate holo or better rarity will be packaged as an ordinary break for you to keep.
Option [E] - Not a live break. Ship sealed. Proceed to checkout
Products will ship within 48 hours. Orders that received on Friday and Saturday HKT will ship on Monday.
When purchasing sealed booster boxes, please make sure you order the correct amount of packs specified in the box.
Option [E] tip: If you have existing break orders in storage and would like to combine sealed product with it, do not purchase shipping at checkout and select Live Break instead. We will set aside the sealed product for you together with your stored break orders and it will be calculated as per the shipping table when you are ready to ship.
1. I purchased a break order, but I am not able to join the stream immediately. Will my order be done?
If you did not leave specific instructions in the notes to open the order without your presence, the order will remain in queue until you are able to join the stream.
2. Can I ask for and keep pack art and box art?
Yes, absolutely.
3. What do you do with the bulk?
All bulk are packed into boxes and accumulated before we donate them to local charities.
Since inception, we have donated approximately 200,000 cards to Po Leung Kuk and Crossroads Foundation (as of May 2022)
4. I see some people being able to jump the queue, why is that?
The instances where this may apply -
- Preorders take priority over live stream orders. If a client who has a preorder joins the stream, they have the option of opening their order following the completion of the current break.
- Clients who have ordered during the live stream and are queued but did not join the stream until much later
