◆ Live break orders with bulk, toys and accessories are subject to additional shipping charges. Please refer to the Help Desk for rates.
◆ We ship live breaks every Monday HKT. Cut off for shipping requests of stored live breaks are on Thursdays HKT. Requests made after Thursday HKT will be queued on the nearest Monday at the discretion of Rapp Collect. By default, it will be the Monday after next.
◆ If the field "Discord username" is left empty, we will instead contact you via the registered email on Shopify if any additional shipping is required due to bulk and/or toys.
