Refund policy

(A) General

The package is returned in its original packaging as it was packaged by us, unopened and untampered with.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will examine the returned package for any sign of damage or tampering before concluding whether it is eligible for refund. Refunds will be done through the original payment method.

By purchasing from RappCollect.com you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site.

(B) Consolidated orders and Live Breaks

Items purchased on the site for unboxing on our streaming channels on YouTube and or Twitch.tv strictly non-refundable. All sales are final.

Items purchased on the site for unboxing on our streaming channels on YouTube and or Twitch.tv will not be unboxed in the absence of the customer without prior consent given by the customer. A timestamp will be provided for the corresponding video recording.

(C) Pre-orders

Pre-orders with paid shipping will ship within 2 days of product availability. Refer to the release date on the product page for an estimated ship date.

We offer no guarantees that pre-orders will be fulfilled. There may be times when distributor allocations experience shortage resulting in order cancellations. In such an event, we will refund payments in full via the original payment method.

(D) Other

Our shop currency is in USD. Refunds will be issued in the same currency. We have no control over the currency conversion rate and are not responsible for any loss in currency conversion from the time of payment to the time of the refund.
