The destination postal service provider will be responsible for updating the tracking on the package's progress once it has departed Hong Kong.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before requesting shipping. As we are unable to change the shipping details after the package is in transit, we will not be responsible for undelivered or returned mail due to incorrect information.

Returned mail items will incur new postage costs and an additional 10% fee for repackaging and handling.

First step is to open an account, it's free!
Before making purchases, make sure you are logged in.
For every $1 spent, you will receive 1 LP (Loyalty Point). These can be accumulated to redeem discounts and items.
Member tiers are upgraded automatically based on accumulated spend. Each tier provides an LP multiplier giving more LP per $1.

Referral Program

Refer a friend and they receive $10 off their first order for a minimum order of $50
In return you as the referrer will receive 10% off your entire cart order (with no minimum)

Membership tiers do not expire. That is what is unique to our system! We understand that you may want to take a break from the hobby from time to time, but we know you'll appreciate being able to pick up where you left off when you return!

Loyalty Points expire after 90 days of zero account activity. The automated timer resets whenever there is an LP transaction - i.e. LP received from purchases or bounties, or LP spent on redemptions.

Our VIP tiers are tied to the Loyalty Program.

New users will begin their journey with us at the base level of 'No Tier'. The more you shop with us, the progressively higher your tier will be. In return for your loyalty, we reward you with higher points multiplier to increase the efficiency of gaining loyalty points through regular purchases.

At this time, we have no plans of implementing a downgrade system for our customers. We believe that it is sufficient that loyalty points have an expiration if gone unused for too long.

A live break is an online event where products - such as trading card game packs, collectibles etc - purchased by customers are opened in view of an online audience. Live break unboxings was born in the mid-2000s and has steadily grown until 2019 when it experienced its massive growth.

Break options are a unique feature of Rapp Collect. Traditionally, most breakers would only give two choices - keep bulk, or without bulk. We looked to offer more flexibility to our customers based on their level of experience in the hobby.

Bounties are valuable cards pulled from breaks with us that you can claim bonus LP for. To qualify as a bounty, the card must be valued over 10,000 Japanese Yen as referenced in yuyu-tei.jp or dorasuta.jp (for TCGs not listed on yuyu-tei)

Qualified bounties can be claimed here. Verified bounties will receive 3% of the card value for Japanese cards displayed on yuyu-tei. Non-Japanese versions will be awarded points equivalent to 75% of the Japanese card value listed. Please follow the instructions when claiming a bounty.

Some TCGs may not be available on yuyu-tei.jp. In this instance, please refer to the item's product page for an alternative link to a price list if available.

Not at all! We offer free storage of live break orders for up to 12 months to give our customers the flexibility to choose the speed at which they reach the minimum to qualify for free shipping.

To-date, the best way (although not universally used by most) to get in on pre-orders with us is through Discord. Rapp Collect is still a small team, and often times the window of opportunity for pre-orders are very small, giving us little opportunity to update all the possible platforms with new products.

For Bandai TCG products, we can generally expect pre-orders to begin around 4 to 6 months prior to the release date. Bushiroad TCG and others are generally around 3 months before the release date.

◆ Single (or few) box orders require no upfront payment.
◆ Case orders require a non-refundable $100 deposit for every case reserved. This will go towards the balance payable, which is due about 1 week before the release date. Any cancellation on your part will forfeit this deposit and it will be used by us to pay the penalties imposed on us for non-fulfillment.

Yes, however we limit this service to our customers who do live breaks with us.

No. The reason we only offer this to our live break customers is because we offer a comprehensive service that includes -

Although clients request to grade, if the cards do not pass the preliminary inspection, we will not encourage them to submit these candidates for grading. This service is simply an added benefit to being one of our valued customers.
