We provide shipping services to most major countries globally. We have temporarily suspended retail orders and shipping to:

Expected Delivery Time

• FedEx International Economy: Averages 4 to 7 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia. Destinations in Australia and New Zealand may take an additional 3 to 7 business days.
• FedEx International Priority: Averages 2 to 4 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Asia. Destinations in Australia and New Zealand may take an additional 3 to 7 business days.
• SF Express: Delivery in 1 business day.

Self-Pickup

• For local self-pickup, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment. Orders will be prepared for pickup by appointment only.

• All shipping services include tracking information.
• Transit updates will be emailed by FedEx and/or Shopify.

• Customers can update their shipping address by logging into their account.
• For orders already in transit, the address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for undelivered and returned mail due to incorrect information.
• Returned mail will incur a new shipping fee.

• Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping service.
• The shopping cart page also has a shipping calculator to estimate shipping to your location. Simply enter the country, state/province, zip/post code, and click the "Get Estimate" button.

• Duties and taxes are shown at checkout when we can collect them. Those amounts are prepaid by us, so you should not pay them again on delivery.
• For some countries, checkout cannot collect duties and taxes. Those orders ship DAP. This can include the UK, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, and others.
• DAP means customs or the courier may ask you to pay duties, taxes, or a handling fee before delivery.
• Those extra charges are set by the destination country, not by us.

Free shipping is available under certain conditions.

Hong Kong

• Spend 1,000 HKD within 12 months to qualify.
• All TCG boxes ship for free.
• Non-TCG items are charged a fee. Refer to "Storage & Shipping Fees".
• For self-pickup, there is no minimum spend required. By appointment only. WhatsApp 91769728 to arrange pickup.

Asia

• Spend 2,000 HKD within 12 months to qualify.
• Rare holos and “hits” ship for free.
• Base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items are charged a fee. Refer to "Storage & Shipping Fees".

US, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom

• Spend 2,500 HKD within 12 months to qualify.
• Rare holos and “hits” ship for free.
• Base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items are charged a fee. Refer to "Storage & Shipping Fees".

Middle East, Australia, New Zealand

• Spend 3,000 HKD within 12 months to qualify.
• Rare holos and “hits” ship for free.
• Base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items are charged a fee. Refer to "Storage & Shipping Fees".

Shipments for international orders will be fulfilled via FedEx International Priority.

Local deliveries will be fulfilled via SF Express.

Shipping locally within Hong Kong

• 25 HKD per 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
• Applies to non-TCG items.
• Applies to graded slab returns with more than 10 pieces, calculated from the 11th slab.
• Weight is determined by actual or volume weight, whichever is greater.

Shipping within Asia

• 50 HKD per 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
• Applies to base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items.
• Applies to graded slab returns with more than 10 pieces, calculated from the 11th slab.
• Item weight is determined by actual or volume weight, whichever is greater.

Shipping to the US, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom

• 100 HKD per 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
• Applies to base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items.
• Applies to graded slab returns with more than 10 pieces, calculated from the 11th slab.
• Item weight is determined by actual or volume weight, whichever is greater.

Shipping to the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand

• 150 HKD per 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
• Applies to base cards, sealed TCG boxes, and non-TCG items.
• Applies to graded slab returns with more than 10 pieces, calculated from the 11th slab.
• Item weight is determined by actual or volume weight, whichever is greater.

Loyalty Points

• The maximum Loyalty Points that can be used to discount shipping is capped at 50% of the shipping invoice amount.

Storage Fees

• Orders can be stored for free for 12 months.
• Orders stored for more than 12 months (calculated from the oldest order in storage) will be charged a storage fee of 10 HKD per day.
• Storage fees will be invoiced at the time we receive your shipping request.
• If we do not receive any communication from you within two years of the latest order date in storage, we reserve the right to dispose of the contents in storage.

• Customers may pay the invoice via PayPal Goods & Services, WISE Transfer, or a local bank wire.
• Invoices must be settled before packages can be shipped.
