• Pre-ordered items ship within 2 business days of distributor stock arrival.
• Any order received on Friday (HKT) will ship on Monday (HKT) except for public holidays.
• Fulfillment may be delayed during team vacations. Check the announcement banner for updates.

A 10% deposit is required when you place an order unless otherwise stated. Invoices are settled in HKD. Payments can be made via:

• PayPal Goods & Services
• WISE Transfer

PayPal payments will incur an additional 5%.

Localized payment methods are offered:

• IBAN (Europe)
• Interac e-Transfer (Canada)
• ACH Bank Wire (US, UK, Singapore)

At any time before we issue the final invoice, you may choose between the two Incoterms. We will ship via FedEx International Priority or Economy.

DAP (Delivered-At-Place)

• We ship your goods to the destination
• We handle export paperwork and international transport
• You are responsible for import customs clearance, duties, VAT/GST, and any other local taxes
• You also handle unloading
• This option works well if you already have a customs broker or want more control over the import costs

DDP (Deliver-Duty-Paid)

• We handle almost the entire journey for you
• Goods are delivered to the destination with import customs cleared and duties/taxes already paid
• We manage export paperwork, international shipping, import clearance, and payment of duties and taxes
• You only need to receive the goods when they arrive
• This is the simplest "all-in" option if you prefer one clear price and no surprise customs bills

Important note:

Some countries will still require information from the receiver even if shipped DDP - e.g., Thailand customs require an import license / the US and other countries may require you to file additional import papers in advance to meet formal entry requirements for high-value goods.
