We partner with official distributors and suppliers of toys and trading card games across Asia to ensure the authenticity of our products. All products offered are genuine.

Orders with paid shipping

• In-stock items will ship within 2 business days.
• Pre-ordered items ship within 2 business days of distributor stock arrival.
• Any order received on Friday (HKT) will ship on Monday (HKT) except for public holidays.
• Fulfillment may be delayed during team vacations. Check the announcement banner for updates.

Orders for the live stream

• All live stream orders will be stored for future consolidation until you request shipment.
• To ship live stream orders, you must submit a shipping request.
• Contact us via Discord, Instagram, email, or by submitting a shipping request form.
• If this is your first time consolidating live stream orders, we will first verify your full name and shipping address before preparing for shipment.
• Shipping requests are fulfilled every Monday onwards.
• The cut-off date for next Monday's shipments is Thursday, 3.00pm HKT.
• Orders that require a Master Set may take longer to process.

• Discord is free to use. Download it to join our server and access preferential pre-order pricing if desired.
