| Shipping | If you currently have Live Breaks stored with us, the prizes will be calculated as bulk when you are ready to ship, as outlined in the Help Desk under the Shipping Table. You will need to contact us when you are ready to ship your package. If you do not have any Live Breaks stored with us, shipping will be based on the weight and dimensions of the items. A minimum of 1 kg will be charged on checkout. Depending on the prize item, excess shipping paid will be refunded or additional shipping will be invoiced to make up for shortage. Items that are not figurines and fall under the category of accessories, such as card sleeves, mats, deck boxes etc., can be shipped via the Hong Kong Post (approx. 3 weeks delivery after item departs from Hong Kong). |
A valid shipping service must be selected at checkout (e-Express, Air Registered Mail or FedEx International Priority). We will ship orders within 2 business days if the product is already available.
For pre-orders, the product will ship at the estimated release date. Please note that availability can be subjected to delays beyond our control e.g. delayed delivery from distributor or release date adjustment by manufacturer.
Orders without a valid shipping service that are not intended for Live Break will be cancelled.
