A valid shipping service must be selected and paid at checkout. We will ship orders within 2 business days if the product is already available.

For pre-orders, the product will ship at the estimated release date. Please note that availability can be subjected to delays beyond our control e.g. delayed delivery from distributor or release date adjustment by manufacturer.

Orders without a valid shipping service that are not intended for Live Break will be cancelled.

Customers of this service who have orders in storage may consolidate factory sealed products together with their live breaks. Simply add a note before checkout to indicate the product is to be kept sealed.

Duties and taxes are inclusive in the list price and there is no additional charges at checkout aside from shipping.
